General Information We can process your telephone order at 866-521-3024 or On the internet at www.greatbikegear.com. Our goal is to ship in-stock items within 48-72 hours of receipt of order. We accept all major credit cards for payment. Credit cards are charged at the time of order. Please note that special order and items not in stock will be charged at the time of order. Return or Cancellation Policy All returns, with exception of defective products which are subject to the manufacturers warranty, are subject to a 30 day limit from the date of purchase and must reference a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number will be refused and returned to shipper. All returned items, with exception of warranty items, must be in received in original condition without marks or scratches of any kind. Great Bike Gear, Inc. will be the sole judge of original condition. If received in less that original condition a partial or no credit will be given (no credit will be given on shipping charges.) and shall remain with GBG. No returns are allowed on custom orders. All cancellations must be received prior to shipping or they are subject to all terms of the Return Policy. No cancellation of custom orders will be accepted after manufacturing has begun. Jardine Rumblers Limited Warranty Jardine products are warranted against defective materials and workmanship for a period of 90 days from date of original consumer purchase and to the original consumer only. Proof of purchase required. Any non-defective, unopened, unused, not installed item may be returned within seven working days of receipt, and will be subject to a 20% restocking/repackaging fee. Bluing and/or discoloration of chrome exhaust systems/products are not covered. Contact Jardine customer service department directly at 909-739-5900 to obtain R.O.G. number prior to return of product. Authorized product returned will be repaired or replaced at Jardine¹s discretion. Jardine is not responsible for any other expenses, including labor for removal of defective parts incurred by the customer under the terms of this warranty. Nor shall Jardine be responsible for any damages whether consequential, special, contingent, or otherwise, or expenses or injury arising from the use of Jardine products.
